Love DIY - Crafting with Paper

Every Wednesday 4:00pm-5:30pm

Maximum 5 students; minimum 2 students


These DIY craft lessons provide opportunities for budding students to learn a variety of new skills in a fun and friendly environment. The lessons are designed to help students develop their creative thinking, inspire imagination, encourage self-expression, and foster a new outlook towards recycled materials. The lessons are beginner-friendly. No crafting experience required to be successful. All materials and supplies are included in the program fee.

In the “Love DIY - Crafting with Paper” club, the students will do the following projects (Note: projects and timelines may change) :

  1. Decoupage shell trinket dish, glass jar, bottle, or box.

  2. Card Making for Valentine’s Day and birthday.

  3. Flower Bouquet – Making flowers with tissue paper, craft paper, and egg cartons.

  4. Paper Quilling in shadow box.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Ms. Billie Ho loves creativity and Do-It-Yourself crafts. Ms. Ho’s favourite pastime is to craft with recycled materials for a purpose … from a plastic bottle to a flower pot, glass jars to backyard lanterns, recycled fabric and cardboard to a basket, the possibilities are endless! She hopes to teach children to be resourceful and responsible consumers by re-using everyday items while having fun in being creative.
