Our Senior School Girls Volleyball Team played in the SSAF (Small Schools Athletic Federation) U20 season ending tournament on March 3rd. They played exceptionally well and lost in the semi-finals to ARS Armenian School.Special thanks and recognition to all of our graduating players (Natalie Shing, Mirna Soliman, Kendra Vaisanen, Audrey Chu and Alysaa Co) for their years of dedication and commitment to the volleyball team. We will miss their leadership next year.
Special recognition to Ms. Li, Rochelle Thevasagayum, and Gloria Lam for their heart for missions. They missed the season ending tournament in order to go serve the people of Quito, Ecuador. They were missed.
Our coach Mr. Choi also wanted to recognize and thank Jacqueline Chiu and Diane Gutierrez for filling in for the team due to our teammates going on missions. They stepped in and played admirably.
Special thanks go out to Eunice Shin, Ivy Gutierrez, and Shiva Torkamani for stepping in and playing well during our match against Toronto Prep School. The entire team was so happy and proud of the three of you to come in and play so well!
We would like to thank Mr. Choi and Ms. Li for your leadership and guidance to the team. Not only you coached the team with dedication but also support and care for each team member.
