It has been a wonderful couple days resting, relaxing, and debriefing in San Diego! We crossed the border in record time on Friday morning, and spent the day shopping, swimming at the hotel pool, and enjoying In-and-Out fast food. We had a fruitful debriefing time on Friday evening, reflecting on the lessons that God has been teaching us this past week. Today, we spent the day at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park, where we had the joy of watching a bird show, taking a guided tour on a tram, and watching a cheetah run! In the evening, we had a beautiful dinner at Tom Ham’s Lighthouse to celebrate God’s faithfulness in our lives through PCA over the years. We had the privilege of celebrating a couple birthdays as well, and had the delight of sharing with one another the highlights of this grade 12 year. Thank you for journeying with us, and keeping us in your prayers! God has faithfully answered all your prayers for us, not only for health and safety, but also for spiritual growth and insight! Praise God for His amazing love for us, and His desire to see us grow in becoming more like His Son each day!
We will be boarding our flight back to Toronto tomorrow morning, and will land in Toronto at 7:30pm local time.
