This morning, we enjoyed a devotional on apostle Paul’s missionary mindset. We then spent time at a nearby riverwalk engaging people with the gospel. It was a learning experience for us as a team, as we conversed with a handful of people with a variety of worldviews.
After lunch, we had our final day with the children at kids’ camp. Curtis shared a bible verse, Elyssa shared an object lesson, and Justin shared a message on Cain and Abel that transitioned to a gospel presentation. Afterwards, we were able to sit with the children in small groups to review the gospel and encourage them to put their faith in Christ. By God’s grace, many of the children whom we has been ministering to were present to hear a full gospel message. Praise God! It was sad to say goodbye, but it was encouraging to know that Calvary Chapel desires to continue to minister to these children.
We ended the day with a dinner at Chick-fil-a, and enjoyed a time of fellowship as a team. Please pray for our ministry tomorrow. We will be sharing at a chapel in a Christian school, and will be involved with Calvary Chapel’s outreach event. Thank you so much for your prayers!
