Today was a day full of learning, experiencing, fellowshipping, and singing to our great God together! In the morning, we heard a message from Brad Buser, a missionary for twenty years in Papua New Guinea. It was an inspiring message to give our lives fully to God’s purposes and the advancement of the gospel. In the afternoon, we spent some time giving out water and hot dogs that we prepared to those living in abject poverty. It was a humbling experience, helping us reflect on God’s sovereignty in our lives and how we need to continue to be good stewards of all that God has entrusted to us to glorify His name. It also helped us reflect on how the gospel is for everyone, regardless of social and economic standing. We were encouraged by meeting believers that chose to move next to the poor to bring the gospel message to them. In the evening, we had the privilege of hearing the testimonies of three of the MCM staff. It was wonderful to hear what God has done in their lives to bring them to Himself, and how He has changed their hearts to live lives fully devoted to Him. We ended the day singing praises to our great God and praying for the Muslim world. Thank you for your continued prayers for us!
