PCA has been blessed with incredible students who have gone on to do wonderful things for the Lord. Dorothy Yeung, a PCA alumna who graduated in 2011, is excited to share with us how God has been faithfully present with her over the past few years and where he is leading her next.
I recently graduated from the Queen’s Concurrent Education program and my next stop will be in Bangkok, Thailand. I will be going with a missions organization called TEAM (The Evangelical Alliance Mission) as a missionary and music teacher at Bangkok Christian International School for the next two years. My ministry focus will be my students from kindergarten to grade 5 as well as their families as I walk with them in their faith journeys and share God’s love with them.
During my high school years at PCA, I went on a few short term mission trips, one of which was in Chiang Mai, Thailand. I never thought that I would return to Thailand as a missionary, but I now see how God used that experience as a seed that he has grown into this upcoming missions assignment. My heart for missions began when I was at PCA and I am thankful that God has been faithfully growing that heart ever since.
Please see her support letter for more information about Dorothy’s calling and partnership opportunities.
Dorothy, may God’s grace be with you every step of the way as you devote yourself to serve him in Thailand!
See how God used PCA to build her up to be a missionary here.
